**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Commercial Contract Specialist to assist in the end-to-end procurement process within this NSW Government Agency.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Provide support for commercial contracts and dealing with issues and enquiries from vendors about invoices and contract claims.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including monitoring and evaluating contract performance and value for money in consultation with the team.
- Undertake and adhere to commercial processes ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and providing support and advice as required.
- Provide advice, technical expertise, identifying opportunities for business performance improvement and operational support as required.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level clerical and administrative services with a high-level attention to detail and the capacity to complete several tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise a high-level of discretion, confidentiality, and political sensitivity in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of records management systems, including financial management support systems (e.g., Equip, SAP) or extensive experience undertaking procurement and financial support activities, including ordering goods and services, contract administration, payment of invoices and administration of expenses in a structured work environment underpinned by statutory requirements.
