Job Title: In-House Counsel - Mergers and Acquisitions We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our corporate and commercial team. As an in-house counsel, you will work closely with our senior lawyers to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions, including initial public offerings, capital raisings, schemes of arrangement, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years post-qualification experience working on mergers and acquisitions transactions. They will have excellent drafting skills, be able to think independently, and have a keen interest in achieving excellent outcomes for clients. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on expansion, divestment, and succession planning strategies. You will also collaborate with the mergers and acquisitions team to ensure seamless delivery of client services. To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional analytical skills, be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, and have a strong understanding of corporate law. At our firm, we foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and engagement.
