Senior In-House Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled legal professional to join our team as a Senior In-House Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial contracting advice and support to our business.
About the RoleThe role involves working closely with our professionals and pursuits teams to negotiate and manage high-value pursuits and agreements, collaborating with colleagues locally and globally on complex global contracting initiatives and projects, and serving as trusted advisors to the EY community through proactive, commercial legal advice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide commercial contracting advice and support to our business, including negotiating and managing high-value pursuits and agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally on complex global contracting initiatives and projects, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
- Serve as trusted advisors to the EY community, providing proactive, commercial legal advice that supports our growth and success.
- Unrestricted practicing certificate for an Australian jurisdiction.
- At least 8 years' post-admission experience gained in a top or leading mid-tier firm and/or reputable in-house experience.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ideally, you'll have demonstrated experience across senior stakeholder management with an ability to influence and develop collaborative working relationships.
