About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Engineer to join our team at 3R Truck Service. As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to data management, cloud infrastructure, and database systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support, data management, or a related field
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and technical teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, database systems, and data management software
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including DNS, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS
  • Experience with Linux performance, memory management, I/O tuning, configuration, security, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read code and basic coding/scripting ability in one or more languages
