Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for advising customers and solving their complex MongoDB problems. You will work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide expert guidance on how to optimize their MongoDB deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on MongoDB-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to customer problems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest MongoDB technologies and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of new features and products
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a cloud or database-related field
  • Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
  • Experience with authentication systems, such as LDAP or Kerberos
