We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Cloud Engagement Manager.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise cloud services customers. Your focus will be on HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), S/4HANA private cloud edition, and Cloud Application Services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You'll own and develop client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize partnership value.
  • Act as the voice of the client within our organization, recognized as the escalation point for all issues related to engagement operations.
  • Drive customer success by delivering expected outcomes to the business and take accountability for ECS service delivery.
  • Promote commercial success by avoiding service credits, identifying improvement opportunities for upsell, and engaging sales for pursuit.

Your deliverables will include setting up engagement, governance, and execution models, managing contracts and financials, and identifying service improvements and delivery opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators include customer reference-ability, customer satisfaction, and revenue safeguarding/prevention of revenue leakage.

We're looking for an individual with:

  • Excellent communication skills in English with proficiency in remote meeting, telephone, and mail.
  • A solid understanding of SAP system operations and infrastructure architecture or application management of cloud solutions.
  • An inclusive and collaborative mindset with problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources.
