As a seasoned professional in cloud technology, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing ICT operations to ensure the stability, availability, and security of networks, databases, applications, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience leading a cloud operations team, fostering collaboration and cohesion, and a strong technical background in cloud technology, working in both AWS and Azure environments. Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, conflict resolution, and mentoring are also essential.

Key responsibilities include: managing the AWS and Azure environments, providing technical leadership and coaching to the Cloud Operations team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enhance data quality and support business growth, and ensuring privacy and security compliance.
