Job Title: Infrastructure and Cloud Manager

Job Description: A business-critical position requiring immediate commencement in a hybrid working environment. V/Line is experiencing significant growth, delivering more services, trains, cheaper fares, and major projects with over 3,700 weekly train and coach services and an expansive freight network.

The role involves leading a team of cloud engineers, overseeing AWS and Azure environments, shaping our cloud and infrastructure roadmap, strengthening resilience, and ensuring alignment with our BIS strategy as well as providing technical leadership/coaching to the Cloud Operations team.

Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enhance data quality and support business growth while ensuring privacy and security compliance.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years' experience leading a Cloud Operations team, fostering collaboration and cohesion, and 5+ years of technical experience in Cloud Technology with successful work in both AWS and Azure environments.

Established ability to resolve conflict and deescalate high-pressure situations, tertiary or equivalent qualifications in computer science, IT, or related fields, and AWS, Azure, O365 or equivalent training & certifications are highly desirable.
