Warranty Claims Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Warranty Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing documents, and providing reception support in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Review and verify warranty documentation, identifying any discrepancies or issues that may impact claim status.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve any warranty-related issues and ensure that customers receive the necessary support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and documentation, including tracking customer communication and correspondence.
- Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers in a clear and concise manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Assist the service department with warranty-related issues, working collaboratively to resolve problems and provide excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in a dealership or similar role, with a proven track record of managing warranty claims and providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
