Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a dynamic role in managing warranty claims and providing support to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and process warranty claims with precision and accuracy.
  • Review and verify warranty documentation for completeness, ensuring all required information is present.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of claims.
  • Maintain meticulous records of warranty claims and related documentation.
  • Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with the service department to resolve warranty-related issues effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on manufacturer warranty guidelines, adapting to any changes or updates.
Secondary Duties
  • Welcome and assist all visitors with a professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Update and maintain accurate records within the customer database.
  • Provide support to the service department as needed, assisting with customer inquiries and service advising.
  • Assist with general administration duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and possesses strong multitasking abilities. Previous experience in a dealership as a receptionist or similar is highly valued. The ability to develop new skills and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with ERA is beneficial.
