Procurement Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Lead to join our team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that drive value across the organization.

Your primary focus will be on marketing procurement, where you will leverage your expertise to negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and technologies. You should be able to analyze complex data sets, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize spend and drive ROI.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop strategies to optimize spend and drive ROI
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
