Talent Acquisition Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end sourcing solutions for senior and niche roles.

Your main objective will be to identify, attract, and engage top talent from diverse sources, including competitor and market intelligence. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop targeted strategies to meet their needs.

In this role, you will also be responsible for nurturing passive candidates, building relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
