Global Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Sourcing Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sourcing and procurement, and has a strong understanding of global markets and cultures.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and procuring products, materials, and components, preferably in the furniture/mattress industry. They will also be comfortable dealing with manufacturers from different countries and have a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Oversee the entire sourcing process, including supplier onboarding, audits, and assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
