About the Role

The Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Protection Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our child protection team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses to identify potential risks and develop effective plans to mitigate them.
  2. Case Planning and Management: Develop and implement case plans that promote the safety, stability, and development of children and young people.
  3. Critical Enquiry: Conduct thorough investigations and use evidence-based frameworks to understand the root cause of issues and identify potential implications.
