Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

 

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

You will have extensive knowledge and experience with the application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategies, ensuring architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, ensuring optimal integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Define and enforce governance practices for ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects, ensuring team members adhere to architectural standards.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets, offering architecture guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and long-term technology strategies.
  • Prepare detailed architecture and design documentation, as well as executive-level reports and presentations to communicate technical strategies and outcomes to senior leadership.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification is required.
  • Excellent Analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
