Senior IT Consultant Role

Manpower is seeking an experienced Senior IT Consultant to lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions within a large enterprise environment.

This is a senior consulting role working on strategic IT projects, providing leadership and technical expertise in ServiceNow development and integration initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the alignment of IT processes with business objectives through the implementation of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow development, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Service Portal configuration.
  • Drive best practices across ServiceNow modules, including data modelling and utilisation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
  • Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CSDM framework.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
