We are seeking an experienced and strategic Knowledge Manager to lead the design, implementation, and launch of our knowledge management capability.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement a scalable Knowledge Management strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Configure and optimise the ServiceNow Knowledge Management module to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and implement a process for capturing and maintaining knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify knowledge needs and integrate KM into business processes.
- Proven experience in Knowledge Management with deep expertise in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of KM principles, content strategy, and information architecture.
- Experience leading change management and adoption initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Certifications in Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) or ITIL.
