Job Title: Lead Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) to provide leadership across Servicenow implementations and integrations to optimise IT operations.

This role is a senior consulting position working within a large enterprise environment, requiring technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related Servicenow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ITAM, CMDB, and Servicenow integration initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in Servicenow development, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Service Portal configuration.
  • Drive best practices across Servicenow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modelling and module utilisation (CSM, SOW, HAM, and Reporting).

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and Servicenow platform development.
  • Proven expertise in Servicenow integrations and custom application development.
  • Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related Servicenow modules.
  • Deep knowledge of Servicenow Discovery and CSDM framework.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
