ServiceNow IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow IT specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in the ServiceNow Platform and its various features, including business rules, UI policies, Client scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Data Policies.
- Maintain a strong grasp of JavaScript, Angular JavaScript, and CSS, and stay up-to-date with platform features provided with each version upgrade.
- Employ problem-solving, debugging, and testing skills to deliver high-quality solutions, while aptly learning new technologies.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules, and gain experience working in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM implementations.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile Methodologies and their application in software development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in ServiceNow is highly desirable, but not essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Trello.
