Electrical Maintenance Professional Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Professional to join our team. This is a full-time position with a flexible roster based at our factory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering detailed maintenance skills to support site equipment uptime, ensuring effective and timely completion of maintenance tasks as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks on site plant and equipment as allocated.
  • Review and analyse maintenance work to identify negative trends and develop action plans to correct them.
  • Contribute to and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability-based tasks on site.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Trade qualifications with an electrical license.
  • Maintenance or industrial process knowledge and experience.
  • Proven PLC programming and fault-finding skills.
  • Extensive electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Able to read and produce electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with AS/NZS 3000 and Electrical Safety Regulation.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • High-level process improvement skills.
