Campus Manager: Clinical Operations

The role of the Hospital Campus Manager is a critical position responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the hospital campus after business hours. This involves ensuring safe and efficient management of patient services, day-to-day bed management, and patient flow.

This requires collaboration with senior management to plan and implement effective strategies to improve clinical efficiency and effectiveness. Key aspects of this role include:

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and management skills
  • Current Advanced Life Support certification
  • Flexibility and availability to work after-hours shifts including evening, night, and weekend shifts
