Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of minor works and building projects across our campus and offsite facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing and mitigating risks associated with projects, including health and safety compliance.
  • Providing regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil).
  • At least three years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Work, Health and Safety principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
