We are currently seeking a **Campus Student Engagement Manager** to join our team. This role works closely in supporting the Campus Manager in implementing the strategic direction across the student experience of campus life.

The Campus Student Engagement Manager is an integral member of the Campus Leadership Team, driven by a shared commitment to providing a seamless student experience including campus operations and administration, student support and experience, and student success and placement.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Staff management and team leadership;** Training and development, human resources functionalities, and support regarding student experience policies and procedures
- **Operations management**; overseeing admissions, enrolments, orientation, graduation, and student events
- **Student care and student experience**: ensuring effective delivery of student experience and student retention, with consistent improvements and quality management of all campus services while developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- **Administration and project management**: related to campus and student experiences

**In addition to a student-first approach, it is essential you can demonstrate**:

- Management and leadership experience
- Professional background in an education / student environment
- Proven record of maintaining professional standards of discretion, confidentiality and privacy
- Strong IT skills, and experience adminstering a student management systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
- High level operational and administrative skills with demonstrated time management, organisation and attention to detail
