Electrical Infrastructure Project Lead

A senior professional is required to oversee the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects, from initiation through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction project management principles and practices, as well as experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

This role involves strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor and control project expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and managing financial risks.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction project management.
  • Formal project management training and proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing financials, reporting, variations, contracts, and commercial risk.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications, including project management tools and MS Office.
