About the Opportunity:
\We are seeking an exceptional Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working closely with another Coordinator to manage their own program. The successful candidate will have support from a Director and contribute to creating enriching experiences for before and after school care, including compliance documentation and parent enquiries. This role involves engaging with the school community, playing and having fun with primary school-aged children.
\The Coordinator will also co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program, demonstrating confident interpersonal skills when communicating with children, parents, team members, or school principals.
\About You:
\You should be passionate about kids and possess remarkable qualities, being a good team player with strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. Previous experience in Before and After School Care is preferred but not necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
