About the PositionThis permanent part-time role offers flexibility for working from home between service times. You will work closely with another Coordinator to manage your own program with the support of a Director.
- Manage your own program with the support of a Director
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of enriching experiences at before and after school care
- Assist with compliance documentation and parent inquiries
- Foster relationships with the school community in all areas including community engagement
- Engage with primary school-aged children and promote a positive learning environment
- Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and be passionate about kids and education. Previous experience in Before and After School Care is desirable but not essential.
