Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Co-Ordinator. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in the management and delivery of our before and after school care programs.

You will be responsible for working closely with another Coordinator to manage your own program, creating and implementing enriching experiences for children, and assisting with compliance documentation and parent enquiries.

You will also engage with the school community, including community engagement activities, and co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in Before and After School Care is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • A good team player who is energetic, enthusiastic and loves to have FUN.
