Job Title

A fun and enthusiastic Coordinator to manage our program, create enriching experiences, and engage with the school community.

About the Role
  • Work alongside another Coordinator to manage your own program with support from a Director.
  • Assist in creating and implementing engaging experiences at before and after school care.
  • Support compliance documentation and parent inquiries.
  • Engage with the school community, including community events.
  • Play and have fun with primary school-aged children.
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Confident interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children, parents, and the school community.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience in Before and After School Care is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a love for having fun.
  • Possession of a relevant qualification in Education or willingness to obtain one.
