We are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our Media team in this exciting opportunity. The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 based on industry standards and location.

About the Role

This role will oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects across various clients, focusing on technical aspects related to data and digital analytics, including cloud implementations, web analytics deployment, and Business Intelligence dashboard developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the timely delivery of each project, ensuring it remains within scope and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the engagement.
  • Develop project Statements of Work (SOW), including objectives, scope, resources, budget, and timeline.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Organize and coordinate cross-functional teams of analysts, data engineers, and other professionals.
  • Prepare project plans and document progress for review by senior management and key client stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects comply with company policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Schedule and run agile sprint ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage project tasks, acting as Scrum Master.
  • Mitigate risk and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated examples of using project management methodologies.
  • Experience working for an agency and on the client-side.
  • Strong understanding of website consulting, design, and development.
  • Comfortable using Jira as a primary tool for coordination.
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and communicate business value.
