About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing your own book of clients, liaising with our production team, and providing high-quality reports to clients on a regular basis. You'll work closely with clients, managing their expectations and communicating openly and honestly with them.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with strong digital marketing skills, experience, and a passion for the industry. You should have demonstrable skills across multiple channels, including SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads. Ideally, you have a strong understanding of at least two of these channels. You should be comfortable talking tech with fellow specialists or conveying complex concepts in simple terms to business owners.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads
  • Strong understanding of at least two of the above channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including monthly team lunches, a kitchen with drinks and snacks, paid monthly half days, an early Friday finish, additional annual leave, rewards, vouchers, and prizes all year round, on-site parking, a barista coffee machine, and work-from-home options.
