Digital Project Manager

Apparent is a full-service, independent agency that's always looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Digital Producer, you'll be responsible for managing digital projects from start to finish, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital projects, including website design optimisations, email marketing, and UI product demos designs in Figma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI design and development resources, as well as external development teams.
  • Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and opportunities to a Senior Producer.
  • Review and provide feedback on work progress to ensure it meets Apparent's quality standards and project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Agency experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital projects, including site redesigns & builds, marketing campaigns, micro-sites, emails, and CMS maintenance.
  • First-rate project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with workflow, collaboration, and issue-tracking tools, such as Google Workspace, Smartsheets, Jira, Figma, Trello, or Notion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with team members and clients.
