We're a high-growth venture studio seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable returns from every dollar spent.
This role involves architecting profitable customer acquisition machines across our diverse portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee customer acquisition strategies across multiple portfolio companies.
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok is required to drive profitable growth at scale.
- The ideal candidate can seamlessly switch between B2B lead generation and B2C customer acquisition.
- A focus on ROAS and LTV - not vanity metrics that don't pay the bills.
- Testing, iterating, and scaling winning creative and targeting strategies.
- Managing significant ad budgets with full P&L accountability.
- Collaborating directly with founders on growth strategy and execution.
- Building attribution models that accurately track customer journey reality.
- 3+ years experience in performance marketing with proven profitable customer acquisition.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
- Advanced Meta advertising skills across Facebook and Instagram.
- TikTok Ads expertise - understanding what makes content convert on this platform.
- B2B and B2C experience - different funnels, different strategies.
- Budget management of $50K+ monthly ad spend.
- Attribution and analytics expertise (GA4, platform pixels, etc.).
