Data Driven Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a Marketing Data and Insights Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of analytics, platforms, and operational efficiency. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, managing data integrity, and collaborating with external providers and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and maintain Salesforce reports for stakeholders including senior leaders and board executives.
- Manage the integration of marketing data between Salesforce and Mailchimp, ensuring unsubscribe workflows and audience hygiene.
The successful candidate will have experience in the financial services industry, knowledge of Salesforce and Google Analytics, and proficiency in Excel.
Key Requirements:- Deliver ongoing data analytics and insights across marketing channels—email, website, and social media.
- Collaborate with external data providers and internal ops teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of adviser and client data.
