Sous Chefs are key to ensuring exceptional dining experiences and catering services at our venue. We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage designated kitchen sections to ensure timely and quality food production.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking across all stations in line with recipes and presentation standards.
  • Support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations and assume leadership in their absence.
  • Maintain food consistency, portion control, and plate presentation in alignment with menu guidelines.
  • Participate in menu planning, development of specials, and implementation of seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labelling of ingredients to minimise waste and maintain freshness.
Essential Capabilities
