Job Opportunity for a Skilled Culinary Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels of the kitchen area and equipment.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for patients in accordance with recipe guides.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels and maintain regular temperatures in refrigerators and freezers.
  • Liaise with management and facility staff to ensure smooth operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and passionate Chef to take on a leadership role in our culinary team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Lead and supervise a team of chefs to deliver exceptional results.
  2. Develop and implement Food Safety Programs that meet industry standards.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
  4. Participate in continuous professional development and education programs.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cooking or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of HACCP regulations and food safety principles.
  • Experience in hospital or hotel food service environment preferred.
