ERP Transformation Change Lead

This is a 24-month fixed term contract to lead change management for ERP SAP transformation.

We are seeking a driven, collaborative and experienced change professional to join our team on a 24-month fixed term contract.

As the Change Lead, you will ensure ERP change initiatives are effectively managed and delivered across all program workstreams with a focus on adoption and mitigating resistance to the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plans for the ERP implementation, aligned with program objectives, project plans and organisational culture.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Change resources across all ERP project implementation workstreams and ensure an aligned, consistent and effective change approach.
  • Identify, monitor and escalate program and workstream change risks and associated mitigation actions.

  • Extensive experience leading complex transformation change projects, ideally a new SAP ERP system implementation.
  • Effectively influence at all levels of business.
  • Advanced understanding of change methodologies and how implementing new technology into a business can reimagine and change the way it operates.
