Your understanding of residential tenancy legislation and industry experience will help you build strong relationships with clients, understanding their current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships to deliver tailored solutions
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for existing clients' investments
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of service
- Manage debtor accounts to optimize cash flow
- Prepare accurate and timely documentation for landlords and tenants
What It Takes:
- Proven experience as a residential property manager
- Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation
- Current driver's license and property representative license
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
