About the Role

As a seasoned HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering strategic people initiatives across APAC, encompassing Australia and Singapore. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in various locations to oversee employee lifecycle processes, drive business growth and efficiency, and facilitate effective communication.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the primary HR contact for APAC-based colleagues, providing expert guidance on all aspects of the people agenda.
  • You will develop and implement local People Plans, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive progress and achieve business objectives.
  • You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including APAC Partner Leads, and provide strategic support to deliver the people agenda of business plans.
  • You will advise and coach people managers across APAC, helping them enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • You will design and deliver training programs across APAC to educate employees on best practices and ways of working.
  • You will proactively engage with stakeholders, challenging and influencing where necessary.
  • You will foster strong relationships with colleagues across APAC locations and the broader People team, adapting approaches to meet diverse jurisdictional and location requirements.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • You should have experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
  • A background in professional services firms and/or partnerships is highly valued.
  • You should have a strong understanding of local labour laws and internal procedures, with the ability to manage employee relation cases independently.
  • You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and develop good HR practice.
  • You are a self-motivated individual with a proactive, can-do mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • You should have good judgement and risk awareness, balancing local needs with long-term interests.
  • You should be able to work effectively in partnership with the broader People function and APAC HRBPs.
  • You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to handle unfamiliar aspects of the HRBP role.
  • You should possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
