Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned culinary leader to support the pre-opening and operational rollout of our new dining offer. This is a key leadership position, working alongside the Executive Chef to ensure a seamless launch and long-term success across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support pre-opening and operational rollout of new dining concepts across multiple outlets (full-service restaurant, grab-and-go, pool bar, conferencing).
  • Work with Executive Chef to ensure a seamless launch and long-term success.
  • Contribute to menu development, kitchen efficiency, and cost control.
  • Develop and lead kitchen teams, provide coaching and performance feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant culinary qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years in a Sous Chef or Head Chef role within a hotel or restaurant.
  • Experience in kitchen operations, team leadership, and cost control.
  • Background in both hotel food production and a la carte service is highly regarded.
  • Pre-opening or rebranding experience is a strong bonus.
  • Effective communicator with strong attention to detail, task planning, and accountability.
