Executive Culinary Leader

Job Description:

The Executive Culinary Leader will oversee the pre-opening and operational rollout of new dining concepts at our resort. This key position will work closely with the Senior Chef to ensure a seamless launch and long-term success across multiple outlets, including fine dining, casual eateries, pool bars, and event catering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the pre-opening and operational rollout of new culinary concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Chef to ensure a smooth launch and sustained growth.
  • Contribute to menu planning, kitchen efficiency, and cost control.
  • Develop and lead kitchen teams, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Relevant culinary trade qualifications or degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Proven expertise in kitchen operations, team leadership, and cost management.
  • A background in both fine dining and casual service is highly desirable.
  • Pre-opening or rebranding experience is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, task planning, and accountability.
