Service Line Director, Cancer Care Network

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Line Director to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cancer services across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and refine the overarching strategy for cancer services within Ramsay, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic direction.
- Project Development: Design, plan, and execute key projects to support the delivery and execution of Ramsay's cancer care strategy, focusing on process improvement and change management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholder groups, including doctors, executives, and other healthcare professionals, to lead the implementation of key projects across the business.
- Patient and Doctor Experience: Ensure that patient and doctor experience is at the forefront of service line initiatives, driving excellence in care delivery.
- Leadership Development: Engage and develop the National Leadership group for cancer services, promoting strong communication and engagement across the service line and the business.
- Representation: Represent Ramsay Cancer Care at internal and external meetings, promoting the development of comprehensive services within the business.
- Workforce Development: Collaborate with HR, Nursing, and Allied Health leaders to expand and develop the cancer care workforce.
- Operational Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain systems to support the operational activities of the service line, focusing on best practice project management and change management.

Requirements- Experience: Proven experience in a clinical environment and familiarity with the delivery of cancer care services.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to establish relationships, influence, and work in partnership with stakeholders and employees at all levels.
- Communication Skills: High-level oral and written skills, with the capacity to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated high-level conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to develop solutions and ensure project success.
- Knowledge: High-level knowledge of relevant codes and legislation related to clinical services, accreditation, workforce management, and research within Australia.
