Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Director to join our Sydney team. The Executive Director will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of our business, including operations, marketing, purchasing, and customer service.

The successful candidate will facilitate the development of business plans, formulate and administer organizational policies, and control staffing, service quality, facility management, policies, and procedures, in line with the Managing Director's budget guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the company's business strategies as directed by the Managing Director.
  • Report business analytics to the Managing Director.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Sydney team, ensuring seamless collaboration and high standards of service delivery.
  • Drive business planning processes, developing budgets, equipment requirements, and costs of clinical services.
  • Participate in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating department activities to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Review and analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.
  • Lead clinical governance activities, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in aged care or a related field is desirable.
  • Degree-qualified or experience in a similar role is required.
  • Proven experience in a high-level management role, ideally within the aged-care or healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Experience in people management, demonstrating effective communication and the ability to work within a productive workplace culture.
  • The ability to monitor, coordinate, and manage multiple departments, delivering a professional service that meets the values, quality, and SLA of Home Care Assistance.
