About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Icon Group, a leading provider of cancer care services. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality radiation therapy treatment to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective radiation therapy treatment to patients, adhering to all relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient care and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience.
  • Liaise with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit a strong patient focus and treat all patients and their carers with respect, dignity, and equality.
  • Support a high-performance culture that delivers quality patient care services through a patient-centric and collaborative approach.
Requirements
  • Proven technical proficiency in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills that inspire trust and confidence in all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of, and a commitment to, the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy services.
  • Ability to adhere to clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Understanding of the service delivery model within the private healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrable capacity to work effectively and positively both independently and as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Current AHPRA Radiation Therapist registration with NSW Radiation User Licence.
