Operations Director - Residential Building Management

About the Role

This is a key position within the senior leadership team, responsible for providing training and guidance to staff. The Operations Director will play a vital role in ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to all clients, committees, owners, and tenants.

  • Stakeholder management with all clients, committees, owners, and tenants
  • Provide staff with continuous training and development
  • Establish best practice processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance and assist with procurement and contractor management
  • Attend committee meetings, prepare reports, and make recommendations
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team across a portfolio of residential properties across Sydney metro.

  • Demonstrated experience working in building management or facilities management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with multiple different personalities
  • Technical background with an understanding of building construction trades and services
  • An understanding of relevant legislation such as Strata, Cooling Towers, etc.
