As a Financial Governance Professional, you will partner with the Animal Health business unit to advise and steer the business by providing financial insights, recommendations, and strategic support for sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement budgeting processes, ensuring accurate data is recorded in local and corporate systems.
  • Conduct regular forecasting and strategic planning processes.
  • Prepare financial statements, provide input to business review presentations, and analyze financial development.
  • Collaborate with regional and head office teams to provide information and commentaries as required.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy, quality, and value-added insights in reporting and stakeholder feedback.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance business financial literacy and proficiency with relevant processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance or equivalent.
  • Qualified CPA/CA certification.
  • Extensive background working as a commercial/financial analyst/business controller.
  • High-level executive thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Exceptional communication skills and motivation to interact regularly with the business.
