Our inbound property claims team is looking for customer focused and enthusiastic individuals to join a progressive organisation and a leader in the claims industry. About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Claims Administrators to take calls to understand customers' insurance needs and lodge their claims. They will also liaise with Brokers and Customers on a daily basis, record accurate and detailed case notes for claims, and provide exceptional customer service.

This Is A Hybrid Role:

The successful candidate will be based in Matraville and work 3 days a week from home and 2 days a week in the office. Parking is available on site and it is close to public transport. The working hours are between 8am - 6pm Monday-Friday with a rostered day off.
