Claims Management Professional

This is a key opportunity to work in claims management and make a positive impact on customers' lives.
The role involves managing an allocated portfolio of CTP claims within legislative requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve cost-effective outcomes.
You will engage with stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement, and continuous improvement in claims management.
Proactively manage rehabilitation providers and approval of rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with guidelines.
Conduct health promotion activities to enhance customers' well-being and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.

We are looking for someone with existing experience in managing claims within CTP or other personal injury claims.
You should be empathetic, professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management.
Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving.
Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally.
