Residential Building Repair Projects Supervisor

A leading industry innovator is seeking a skilled Supervisor/Assessor to manage a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality repairs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes for clients. Strong project management skills are essential in this role, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Onsite meetings with clients to assess and report on repair requirements
  • Liaising with trade partners to allocate and schedule works
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience in supervising or project managing multi-trade construction sites required
  • Intermediate-level computer literacy and proficiency in estimating/project management software a plus
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and OHS standards
