We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor/Assessor to manage a portfolio of building repair projects across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet clients onsite, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and determining the scope of works.
  • Liaise with our extensive trade network, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio.
  • Provide timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee trade activities to ensure all work meets the highest quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Holding a QBCC Site Supervisor license (or ability to obtain).
  • Prior experience in supervising or project managing multi-trade construction sites is essential.
  • Intermediate-level computer literacy, with previous experience using estimating / project management software being advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
