The role of a Senior Co-ordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and service delivery across the business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Repair Coordinators team and contributing to their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Repair Coordination team to support business operations and service delivery
  • Manage escalated calls and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and help the team stay on top of priorities and deadlines
  • Ensure projects are tracked and completed on time, meeting targets and exceeding expectations
  • Maintain accurate records and notes for every project
  • Onboard and train new team members
  • Work closely with other departments to understand needs and provide assistance
  • Verify data, reporting, and admin tasks are accurate and completed on time
  • Facilitate team meetings, organize schedules, and support business communication
  • Cultivate great customer service across the team
  • Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in insurance repairs
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • A hands-on leadership style
  • High attention to detail (especially in admin, reporting, and compliance)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, job tracking systems, or SharePoint
  • Customer-first mindset with a calm and solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable
